The forecast is for rain in the morning but it should brighten up throughout the day.

A great mix of cars on the entry too, a bit of something for everybody.

Oh, and a `star` driver in a Triumph!

Looked fresh out of the box too, attracting a lot of interest. Great to see......and hear.

Facebook? Really, what's wrong with You Tube like most other series.......I've never understood UK rallying's liking for Facebook for streaming...

My go to site too, however until I spoke to Matt & Becks I was under the impression the Riponian wasn't being streamed ! So I reckon it's a case of beggars can't be choosers.
I'm just grateful there's some coverage, sorry I can't give as satisfactory answer.

From reports I am seeing several parts of the stages are cutting up quite badly. Not surprising considering the amount of rain we have had.

Nice to see a non Escort MkII win, with George Lepley winning in the Historic class, but not taking the BHRC points. And predictably, as a 4WD it has caused moaning amongst the dinosaurs.......his car is 35 years old....it's hardly modern, is it?

Lepley can certainly pedal I am sure he could win the Roger Albert, it is a very close Pentti rep aswell I gather, imagine the old stuffies then, the Mk2 Escort rally won by some Japanese truc, if he is not getting points who cares, sis Mennel not win, actually a huge result for them too.

Oddly enough it would be awesome as Pentti was basically a Brit anyway!! I would love it personally, but I hope the 4wd stuff does not get too strong as it might start to affect stages, you dont need 20 of them for instance. But they are old cars, the same folk would probably be gushing if a 6R4 or 205 was blatting though
