Heater Matrix Bypass Operation!

I'VE JUST BYPASSED MY HEATER MATRIX ON MY 94M TVR CHIMAERA 4.0HC AS IT WAS LEAKING AND IS A BIG JOB TO REPLACE! ANYONE KNOW OF ANY PROBLEMS IN DOING THIS?
