Sagaris as a daily driver

Hi all; after a bit of advice.
I loved the Sagaris when it came out but for some reason it never happened.
I am now looking for a car to get around in day to day - town and motorway, perhaps 6000 miles per year - and wondered whether a Sagaris could do this.
Would it be hugely uncomfortable and tiring? Or would it break my heart with breakdowns and running costs?
Any advice would be welcome
