Seat base removal Tamora
Discussion
Not sure on the base, but getting the seat out is pretty straight forward. Push the seat forward on the runners . Under the car you will see 4 off 13mm nuts. If they’re corroding spray with WD 40 or similar to help with removing the nuts. Once removed pull the seats up and they’ll come out. Once the seat is out it would be good practice to lub running gear and other moving parts.
It’s a little fiddley replacing the seats… you just need patience to re-centre the bolts on the bottom of the runners in the holes of the car floor.
Once you get a couple of bolts located put a nut on and turn it on a few threads to stop it coming out whilst trying to locate the other bolts. It might be worth folding the seat forward if you see mate I me to help locate the rear bolts easily
I’d put new nylock nuts on and bab copper slip on the threads of the bolts to give them future protection
HTH if you go down that route.
