Squeaking sound from wheels at low speed ?

Ive got a 09 V8V convertible.

There is a squeaking sound that can only be heard at low speeds (presumably because at higher speeds wind and engine noise drown in out) it most noticeable at < 5 mph.

The sound seems to be related to a wheel as it can only be heard at regular intervals as if the wheel is rotating and only causes the squeak every one rotation.

Any ideas what this could be ? (appreciate its a vague question)

Would there a user (non mechanic) way of clearing this ?

If the break pads where changed by a mechanic would this clear it ?
