Stored for 2 Years... What to do to get it on the road?

I've had a bike stored for 2 years run on average about once every 4/5 months.

It needs an MOT, but aside from this, what would you have replaced? I don't want it just to be legal, but safe to ride and less likely to have a major incident at 80mph!
