Could 100 bhp / 100 kgs happen?
If so, what is the lightest engine we could start with, as a base?
It couldn't be done by a major maker, due to all the rules and regulations, but could a 'daytime MOT' cafe racer have 100/100?
Suggestions for an engine, a stroker perhaps?
I seem to remember that the Suzuki RG250 v-twin would go to 350cc, but 100 bhp would be beyond that, i guess.
