XKR maintenance cost and depreciation?

I'm toying with buying an XKR (xkrs or 4.2 or 5.0, either one I don't know yet) with some spare money I found down the back of my sofa last night.
My other options are M3 or AM vantage. I'm thinking about 2006-2009 sort of age.
Similar prices. What I need to think about though is maintenance cost and depreciation.
Any XKR/XKRS owners here who can advise how much in practice I'd need yearly to keep it well maintained? My research suggests £4-800 a year for an annual service. But in practice what is the likelihood of bits needing replacing etc and the average yearly cost of keeping it in good shape?
(I do 5k town miles a year)
And what sort of yearly depreciation are we looking at? I understand they're still going down in value. £2k per year for a £20-25k car?
