New S4 issues

I have a question to ask - is there anyone here with a new S4 ? Trying to find out if there is anyone having issues with the accelerator and a delay from pressing it down to getting a reaction from the engine. Best description is sitting stationary and planking the accelerator down, there is a delay before the engine picks up. its not turbo lag, its just like the engine doesnt respond to the immediate throttle response.....
