Virgin Media Superhub Issue

Anyone else have the Superhub? How are you getting on with it?
We received ours this week, but after installation we are seeing lots of connection issues
1 x laptop on Vista and another on Windows 7, and almost every time we want to connect we need to reset the hub.
I've been onto the helpline, but because my question seems to be off script the nice people in India can't help.
If anyone else has seen the same issue and knows what the solution (other than throwing it out the window) is, I'd appreciate some assistance.
