there isnt officiall a noise limit (however), if you have anything utterly outrageous then you may get a warning or be asked to take it easy(ie, I will be asked by brunters). Its only happened twice but pls be aware.

Don't think so. The Brunters people complained about the noise level of the car last time.

The dogs.

Still, Sir K should shrug his shoulders and roll out the 456; I'd love to see one of these attack the straight at full bore.

Lambo is fairly loud, there were a couple of F355's with straight through exhausts that sounded like a couple of F1 cars a while back...

the stradale & those 355's were loudest. I think the stradale was one of the loudest they'd ever had there.

The Ultima, or the F40, the Cerbera Red Rose will be quite loud too.

Adams Ruf sounded like a fighter jet when it was on the runway going past the spectators, Gavin's SEAC sounded like a Spitfire, mine sounded like a Cessna (sp?).

Are the "spectators" actually allowed at the side of the 2 mile straight?

My media player has gone belly up, so hopefully I've found the right video:

Let me know if you can't see a thing, and I'll look again.

Thanks, I've actually downloaded these previously and they do give a good idea of the day. Hence the reason I wanted to be a part (albeit a small one) of the day, this time. I just didn't remember seeing anyone looning about at the side of the runway, whilst cars blast past at ***mph (enter your own speeds here).

if it really would do it for you, then in the afternoon look me up, I'll take you to the speedtrap area for 20 mis or so, the cars will be doing their vmax as they pass on either side of you. Always willing to help where I can.

You might just have a willing participant there Craig, cheers.

Doubt the F40 will be loud, unless its got straight through pipes. There was one at the FOC trackday at Silverstone... sounded less than impressive. But then again, it was going round with Challenge 360s and Tubi'd Stradales...
