How can I contact Ray-Ban?
Discussion
The 'hockey ends' or tips of my sunglasses have perished after only 18 months and I need to replace them. When this happened after a few years on my Oakley's, they replaced them FOC after a quick phone call. However, try as I might, I cannot find any contact details for Ray-Ban at all. Their website is just some fancy flash site and Google or eBay brings up nothing but shops selling sunglasses!
I've found a company that can supply them for £15 and was about to purchase when I thought it an idea to post here, just to make sure I can't get them free off Ray-Ban!
So anyone got a telephone number for customer service or an email address???

Make sure you post them recorded, thigs can go a bit, ahem, missing at Lux sometimes.
Alternatively just find a Rayban dealer on your high st and ask them to get the spare parts.
Note all parts come from Italy so expect a couple of weeks delay, assuming they have the parts.
Or send them to me and I'll do it.
Mail me off list.

Ray ban is now owned by Luxottica. You could try this: http://www.luxottica.com/english/index_contatti.ht...
