Just wondering whether the fuel consumption on the Nobles is good bad or just acceptable to those lucky enough to run one.

Anyone care to divulge thier numbers?

Average out of last 2 tanks has been 16mpg (with some motorway driving) and 13mpg (without). not too bad given the performance. Pure Motorway driving I think it'd be possible to get it to 25 maybe?

You'll find my entire history at www.lotus-elise.org.uk/noble/runningcosts.htm

Been into the 25's on long runs, and down as low as 14mpg when I was doing VMAX runs at Brunters!

Actually better than my Quattro and X5 though....

Which if you use Goggle Calculator gives you....

20.6477007 miles per gallon
(just type "330 litres / 1800 miles in mpg" into www.google.co.uk's search box....)

Dam amazing Goggle Calc!

If you type this into google though: "330 litres / 1800 miles in miles per uk gallon" it gets it right.

Google are just too damn clever by half...

I went for a drive with a noble owner when I was in my Elise. He used over twice as much petrol and we were in convoy, it wasn't that quick a drive for the most part although there were a few moments.

Was most amusing

Still who the hell buys a noble and worries about fuel economy!?!?!?!

yeah, on my french trip my mate in his exige was refuelling at the same time as me. Stangely our guages both indicated a refill was needed simultaneously throughout the trip.
Difference was he would put in about 28 litre to my 34! Noble uses more gas but not twice that of an Exige
