Dismantling a conservatory - tips/advice please

We'll soon be building an extension onto the back of our house and need to remove the existing uPVC conservatory first. Our plan is to try and sell the roof and window/door units on eBay. Does anyone have instructions/tips on how to dismantle a conservatory? Would I be best stating that the buyer dismantles?

Alternatively, if I paid someone to do it, what would be a reasonable expected cost?
