No idea, I've never seen this before.. But the Alpine badge on the rear hinted at it being one, probably mot supercar, but rare?

It’s Golden Week holidays next week, so a lot of people out of town. Your best bet will to be to walk around Ginza or Omotesando at the weekend/s.
